Shipping Estimate

Want to know your shipping cost before checking out?

Just add the items you’d like to your cart. Then head over to the Shopping Cart page, enter your ZIP code in the “Get a Shipping Estimate” field, and click “Get Estimate.” No account or purchase is required—it's that simple!

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. These include postage, handling, and insurance for peace of mind.

Note: Orders under certain minimums may incur a small handling fee to help cover fulfillment costs:

- Retail orders under $19.99: $7.00 handling fee

- Dealer orders under $40.00: $10.00 handling fee

Shipping Methods

We offer several trusted options from UPS and USPS so you can choose the delivery speed that suits your needs.

UPS Options

- UPS Mail Innovations: For small packages under 1 lb. (up to 15.99 oz). Delivered via USPS. (2–7 business days)

- UPS SurePost: Ground service for packages over 1 lb. Final delivery by USPS. (2–7 business days)

- UPS Ground: Reliable delivery to your door. (1–5 business days)

- UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed second-day delivery. (2 business days)

- UPS Next Day Air Saver: Guaranteed next-day delivery (afternoon). (1 business day)

- UPS Next Day Air: Morning delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day depending on your location. (1 business day)

- UPS Next Day Air – Saturday: Saturday delivery available in select areas.

All UPS options include tracking via UPS.com.

USPS Options

- First Class Mail: For small items up to 13 oz. (3–4 business days)

- Parcel Post: Economical for larger, non-urgent deliveries (up to 70 lbs). (3–9 business days)

- Media Mail: For qualified educational materials (books, DVDs, etc.). (3–4 business days)

- Priority Mail Flat Rate: Fast shipping for packages up to 70 lbs, flat rate. (3–4 business days)

International Shipping

We love our international customers!  While we cannot ship our entire catalog to some countries, we do offer international shipping for products we can ship. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or damaged, please:

  1. Notify us immediately at info@mountaintactical.com
  2. We will open a case with the shipping company.
  3. Once the carrier confirms the case as resolved and the package is officially marked lost or damaged, we will send a replacement package.

We will do our best to support you through this process.

Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Repairs

We stand behind every product we make. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help. Below is our 4R Policy: Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Repairs—designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all customers.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Eligible Return Reasons:

  • We shipped the wrong item or made a fulfillment error.

 

Please Note:

  • All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming rifle compatibility before placing an order.
  • We are unable to accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, fitment assumptions, or changed preferences.

Replacements

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

How to request a replacement:

  • Contact us at info@mountaintactical.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Any photos that can help us assess the situation

What happens next:

  • We’ll review your request and send you return instructions.
  • Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship a replacement promptly.
  • If the replacement item costs less, we’ll refund the difference or issue store credit.
  • If the replacement costs more, we’ll send you a link to pay the difference before shipping.

Repairs

We offer repair services and/or replacements for items that are under warranty or damaged through regular use.

How to request a repair:

  • Email info@mountaintactical.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

What to expect:

  • We’ll evaluate the issue and let you know if a repair is possible.
  • If accepted, we’ll send a repair estimate and shipping instructions.
  • Once we receive your approval, we’ll complete the repair and ship it back.

Repair Info:

  • Turnaround time: 7–14 business days
  • Customers are responsible for sending items in for repair.
  • Return shipping to you is covered by us for approved repairs.
